With carefully curated spaces designed to maximize traffic, engagement, and ROI, we are offering three distinct vendor experiences:

  1. The OnRamp Initiative– For organizations providing purpose-driven opportunities.

  2. The Food Court – A high-traffic dining experience at MainStage Meadow.

  3. The Marketplace – A vibrant retail hub for artisans and merchants.

Our Sponsorship Program

At SoulFest, we are committed to building healthy community where young adults and teens can discover their gifts and find ways to use them to serve others.

SoulFest is now supporting The OnRamp Initiative; a non-profit dedicated to fostering community connection for mental wellness.

To be a sponsor is more than just a booth. The OnRamp Area is a festival destination including Camp Scarano, the festival’s new social hub.  Attendees looking to grow, serve, and make an impact will be directed to the OnRamp Tent to explore life-changing opportunities. Food Court at MainStage Meadow

We’ve reimagined the festival dining experience by creating a centralized Food Court at MainStage Meadow. With shaded seating, premium placement, and live entertainment, we’re making meals a festival highlight—not just a quick stop.

To ensure maximum demand and variety, we are limiting the number of food vendors and curating a selection that delivers strong sales potential for each participant. For More information or to apply email info@thesoulfest.com

    • 25-ft space for your food truck.

    • Access to 30-amp circuit and water (no generators allowed)

    • Premium placement in the high-traffic food court.

    • 1 VIP parking spot.

    • up to 6 festival passes for your employees.

    • Gray water removal available at an additional cost.

    • Food trucks are preferred, branded tents require pre-approval.

    • Access to electricity & water, trash/compost/recycling, ice station (ice extra).

    • Propane inspection fee by Greenfield Fire Department

    Additional Fees:

    • Permit fees: Town of Greenfield vendor & safety permits; fire inspection fee

    • Extra Electricity Fee as charged by electrical vendor

    • Ice

    • Gray Water Removal

    • Additional staff at $75 per staff member


SoulFest Marketplace

The SoulFest Marketplace is a high-energy hub for artisans, crafters, and unique retailers looking to showcase their products to an engaged audience. More than just a vendor booth, this is a curated shopping experience where attendees come to explore, discover, and connect with brands that align with their passions.
