SoulFest 2026 Terms and Conditions

1. No REFUNDS / ALL SALES ARE FINAL SoulFest 2026 (the "Event") maintains a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy. All purchases—including but not limited to admission tickets, camping packages, and add-ons—are final at the time of purchase. By completing your transaction, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel issues.

2. RAIN OR SHINE POLICY The Event is a "Rain or Shine" festival. All performances and activities will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by local authorities or Festival Management. Schedule delays or shortened sets due to weather do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, or exchange. In the event of a government-mandated evacuation or total cancellation due to extreme weather, SoulFest reserves the right to issue ticket credits for a future event in lieu of cash refunds. Cash refunds will not be issued.

3. CAMPING & CAMP SCARANO PROVISIONS All camping guests must adhere to the official "Community Standards" and "Prohibited Items" list. Possession of prohibited items or any conduct deemed disorderly, unsafe, or inconsistent with the festival’s mission by Festival Management may result in immediate eviction from the Franklin County Fairgrounds. Ejection from the grounds results in the immediate forfeiture of all tickets and fees without a refund.

4. ARTIST LINEUP & SCHEDULE The advertised lineup and schedule are subject to change without notice. SoulFest is a multi-artist celebration; the cancellation, replacement, or rescheduling of any specific performer (including headliners) does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, credit, or price adjustment.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY By entering the Franklin County Fairgrounds, you voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event, including exposure to illness, personal injury, or loss of property. You agree to release SoulFest, its owners, and its partners from any liability for damages occurring during the Event.

6. FORCE MAJEURE & CANCELLATION SoulFest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: Acts of God (fire, flood, extreme weather), civil unrest, terrorism, war, pandemic, or government order. In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation, SoulFest reserves the right to issue ticket credits for a future event. Cash refunds will not be issued. SoulFest is not responsible for any non-recoverable travel or lodging expenses incurred by the attendee.

7. REVOCABLE LICENSE A ticket is a revocable license. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with the Event's security protocols.

8. MEDIA CONSENT By attending, you grant SoulFest the right to use your likeness in any photograph, video, or transmission of the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

9. SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
