SoulFest 2026 Community Standards

1. The "Neighbor" Policy SoulFest is a space designed to eradicate loneliness through shared experience. We ask all guests—especially those in all camping areas to treat their roommates and neighbors with the "Golden Rule" in mind. Introduce yourself, be inclusive, and look out for one another.

2. Shared Space Etiquette

  • Quiet Hours: From 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, we observe quiet hours in all camping and hostel areas to ensure everyone is rested for the next day’s Ministry and Music.

  • Cleanliness: Please keep your designated area tidy. In the Hostel, keep all personal belongings within your assigned footprint to ensure clear walkways.

3. Safety & Substance Policy To maintain a family-friendly and spiritually focused environment:

  • Alcohol & Drugs: SoulFest is a dry event. Possession or consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the Fairgrounds.

  • Tobacco/Vaping: Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas away from the Hostel and Camp Scarano tents.

4. Respect for the Grounds The Franklin County Fairgrounds is our home for the weekend. Please use designated trash and recycling bins. "Leave No Trace" is our standard for Camp Scarano.

5. Conflict Resolution If a disagreement arises between guests, please find a SoulFest Staff member or Security Officer. We are here to help facilitate a peaceful and joyful environment.
