Frequently Asked Questions

SoulFest 2026 is designed to be more than three days of concerts. It is a weekend to step away from our digital worlds and enjoy great music, inspiring seminars, old school fun, and meaningful connection with the incredible New England faith community.

WHEN AND WHERE IS SOULFEST 2026?

SoulFest 2026 will take place August 6–8, 2026 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

WHAT TIME DO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS OPEN?

Wednesday, August 5

We recommend allowing extra time for parking and check in, especially on Thursday afternoon.

IS SOULFEST A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT?

Yes. SoulFest takes place rain or shine. All tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Please see the full polices at the links on the bottom of the page.

In the event of severe weather, programming may be adjusted for safety. Any updates will be communicated through our website and social media channels.

We have expanded covered areas this year to increase comfort, but please come prepared for the forecast.

WILL A FESTIVAL MAP AND FULL SCHEDULE BE AVAILABLE?

Yes. The full schedule, including artist set times, seminar locations, and activity areas, will be posted by July 31 at thesoulfest.com.

We recommend reviewing the schedule in advance and saving a copy to your phone.

TICKETS & ENTRY

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS?

All tickets must be purchased through our website and the Purchase Tickets Here link on our site. That will take you to our official ticketing partner, Festival Pro to purchase your tickets. All tickets will be processed through Worldpay and SoulFest will show on your credit card statement. Please see below for a full Privacy policy.

Third party tickets will not be accepted.

The Tickets page includes festival passes, camping reservations, parking passes, Premium Experience upgrades, and Meet and Greet upgrades.

Prices increase as the festival approaches.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SOULFEST TICKETS?

After purchasing your tickets, you will receive two separate emails.

Email #1 – Purchase Receipt
This arrives immediately after checkout and confirms your payment.

Email #2 – Official Ticket Email with QR Codes
This email contains the QR codes required for festival entry, parking, camping, and Meet and Greets. It will be sent on Thursday, July 23.

All ticket emails will be sent on the same day, July 23. There is no need to contact us about missing tickets before Friday, July 24.

If you do not see your ticket email on July 23, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing after July 24, we will gladly help.

Each QR code may only be scanned once. Please do not duplicate or share your code. QR codes may be printed or presented on your phone.

DO BABIES NEED A TICKET?

Children ages 0–5 are free and do not require a ticket.

Discounted ticket pricing is available for ages 6–11. Please see the Tickets tab for full details.

CAN I UPGRADE MY TICKET?

Yes. Premium Experience Pit Pass seating area upgrades and Meet and Greet upgrades are available while supplies last on the Tickets page.

In addition to exclusive MainStage pit access, the Premium Experience ticket includes a shaded seating area with chairs provided and complimentary water service. You do not need to arrive early to secure a great spot. Your space is ready for you so you can relax and enjoy the music comfortably.

Meet and Greet upgrades are available for select artists. Proceeds support scholarships for local foster families.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE ENTER?

Yes. Once you receive your wristband, you may exit and re enter through designated gates.

Please keep your wristband secure and visible at all times.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY WRISTBAND?

Lost or damaged wristbands cannot be replaced. A new wristband must be purchased.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. General festival parking is located directly across from the main fairground entrance. Parking passes are sold separately and may be purchased on the Tickets tab.

Camper parking and All Inclusive Experience parking are located inside the fairgrounds within the SoulFest Family Camp area.

Parking and camping spaces are limited and may sell out in advance.

IS ADA PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. ADA designated spaces are available with a valid handicap placard and are first come first served.

DO RIDESHARE APPS GO TO THE FAIRGROUNDS?

Yes. Please use 89 Wisdom Way, Greenfield, MA 01301 for drop off and pick up.

CAMPING & LODGING

IS ON SITE CAMPING AVAILABLE?

Yes. Tent and RV sites are available with and without electrical hookups. Spaces are limited.

We also offer All Inclusive options for Young Adults and Youth Groups.

WHAT TIME DOES CAMPSITE CHECK IN BEGIN?

Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Tent Campers, All Inclusive Young Adults and Youth Groups
Thursday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

All campers must depart by noon on Sunday, August 9.

Detailed camping instructions will be emailed with your tickets on July 23.

ARE RESTROOMS AVAILABLE?

Yes. Permanent restrooms and premium portable restrooms are available throughout the grounds.

ARE SHOWERS AVAILABLE?

Yes. This year the fairgrounds will be providing a new shower option for our campers, conveniently located directly within the campground near the premium portable restrooms and outdoor sink stations.

There will be separate Men’s and Women’s shower tents. Each tent is single sex and contains multiple individual shower stations separated for privacy, allowing several guests to shower at the same time.

The tents are equipped with Off the Grid hot water heaters to provide warm water throughout the weekend.

Guests are required to wear a swimsuit while showering. After a quick wash and rinse, guests may towel dry inside the tent and then return to their campsite to change into dry clothing.

These are not traditional indoor bathhouse facilities. They are designed to provide warm water in a modest and family friendly setting while maintaining appropriate privacy and safety standards for our entire SoulFest Family.

Having the showers located directly within the camping area makes getting cleaned up easier and more convenient than in previous years.

They are simple, clean, and refreshing after a full day in the Meadow.

SHADE & COMFORT

IS THERE SHADE AVAILABLE?

Yes. We have expanded covered areas throughout the festival grounds.

The Premium Experience Pit Pass seating area includes exclusive MainStage pit access, shaded seating, chairs provided, and complimentary water service. Your space is reserved, so there is no need to arrive early to secure a good spot.

Camp Scarano also offers generous shaded seating where guests may enjoy MainStage, participate in organized games, and relax with friends.
