More Than Awareness

SoulFest exists to encourage all who attend to surrender to God's love, allowing TRUE LOVE to lead us into a deeper awareness of God's call on our lives to live relationally with God, each other, and our neighbors in our communities and throughout the world, and to take action against any inputs that crosses our path. While raising awareness is important, SoulFest hopes to empower attendees with tools and resources to fight injustice in small ways daily. Here a few of the ways SoulFest will be taking up social justice issues on site:



SoulFest Walk4Water
On Saturday morning of SoulFest, hundreds of participants will gather to walk 1 mile to a pond and back, representing the walk thousands around the world take daily to retrieve clean water for their families. Participants will carry a bucket, fill the bucket up at the pond and walk back while learning about the struggle for clean water in Haiti along the way.

Walk, jog, sprint …any way you want … one mile to the water hole • Fill your container with water, feel the weight! • Carry the water 1 mile back to our village destination at SoulFest.

Sign up and begin raising funds for the forth annual SoulFest Walk4Water. Proceeds will go directly to charity to continue to install water purification systems in areas that need immediate assistance through Children Of The Nations.

These walls are designed for you to write a request to pin according TRUE LOVE wall as an act of community with attendees.


True Love Exchange

This on-site exchange wall is designed to match needs with overabundances among the SoulFest community.


Compassion International

Compassion International exists as a Christian child advocacy ministry that releases children from spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enables them to become responsible, fulfilled Christian adults. Be sure to look out for the opportunity to support Compassion International's cause throughout the festival.


Bolivia's Best

The proceeds of Bolivia's Best  high altitude gourmet coffee provides Christian homes for orphaned, abandoned, and at risk children of Bolivia; the 2nd poorest nation in the western hemisphere.  Every Soulfest attendee can support missions simply by choosing  "Bolivia's Best...Coffee with a Cause", a member of International Orphanage Union (IOU).
