We accept certified checks and money orders. Prior to sending mail orders, please call the SoulFest office [978.346.4577] to confirm the final amount. Personal checks and company checks will be returned.

Mail orders will be processed based on the dollar amount sent (i.e. if the amount mailed was intended to purchase 20 passes, but only covers 14 passes, the order will be processed for 14 passes - not 20 - and the customer will be contacted by the SoulFest office.) If the amount sent in exceeds the amount due by $25 or less there will be no refund of the additional money. If the amount sent in exceeds the amount due by greater than $25 a refund check will be issued, less a $10 processing fee.
