MAIL ORDERS Prior to sending mail orders, please call the SoulFest office to confirm final amount. Personal checks and company checks will not be accepted - only money orders and certified checks will be accepted. Personal checks will be returned. Mail orders will be processed based on the amount sent in (i.e. If the amount mailed in was intended to purchase 20 passes, but the amount only covers 14 passes, the order will be processed for 14 passes - not 20 - and the customer will be contacted by the SoulFest office). If the amount sent in exceeds the amount due by $25 or less there will be no refund of the additional money. If the amount sent in exceeds the amount due by greater than $25 a refund check will be issued, less a $10 processing fee. |

Outreach PassesOutreach Passes are the equivalent to adult multi-day passes at just $30.00 each and only available in advance via phone orders. Outreach Passes are available based on the number of adult multi-day passes purchased. Family Pack 5% discount for families of 4 or more. Applies to Adult/Youth Multiday Passes only. Must purchase a minimum of 2 Adult Multiday Passes to qualifiy. Available via phone orders only. NOTE: Offers cannot be combined with eachother, or other special offers going on throughout the year. There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES for SoulFest tickets. This is a rain or shine event. If CANCELLATION occurs due to inclement weather or natural disaster, SoulFest will provide a 75% discount off of the 2009 Gate prices. You must return your wristbands, and a certified check or money order, payable to New Sound, by October 1, 2008. SoulFest 2008 tickets have no value after October 1, 2008. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges if any of the artists cancel. The schedule is subject to change. Reselling of passes on festival property is prohibited. If caught, those passes will be confiscated. All orders are subject to a $8 venue fee. All other fees are included within the price of the pass/ticket. All orders (credit card, certified check or money order) are subject to the same $8 fee. GROUP DISCOUNTS apply to single transactions only. YOUTH PASSES apply to Children ages 6-11. Children ages 5 and under are free. DAY PASSES are valid from 9:00AM until all programming ends on the day of purchase. VOLUNTEER passes are available via the phone only. FAMILY PACK prices are exclusively for families of four (4) or more persons with at least two (2) Adults. FAMILY PACKS are available via the phone only.
