ON-SITE CAMPING

Our friends at Gunstock are pleased to announce that they are now taking reservations for on-site camping. On site camping is reserved and exclusively for multi-day Soulfest ticket buyers. Reservations can be made by calling 603-293-4341.

There are two levels of camping available for SoulFest:

MountainsideThese campsites have been specifically created for Soulfest throughout the base area and on or near the ski trails. These sites do not offer the amenities of fire rings (no fires on these sites) or picnic tables. They are spacious (approximately 30 X 30 or 20 X 40 feet) and on fairly level ground. They may require some walking uphill, but offer great views and are closest to the Soulfest stages. These sites are only suitable for tent camping. Depending on the weather conditions prior to Soulfest, vehicles may not be allowed on these sites. Mountainside sites cost $135 for 5 nights beginning Tuesday, July 29.


CampsideThese campsites have been specifically created for Soulfest within or adjacent to the campground. These sites do not offer the amenities of fire rings (no fires on these sites) or picnic tables. They are spacious (approximately 30 X 30 or 20 X 40 feet) and on level ground. These sites are appropriate for tents and small trailers, or RV dry camping. Parking will be allowed on these campsites. Campside sites cost $150 for 5 nights beginning Tuesday, July 29.


 Terms
All sites are available on a first come, first served basis. A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit for each site is required at reservation time. Full payment will be required by April 1st, 2008. Reservations made after April 1st will require payment in full at the time of booking. Although we will try to accomodate everyone who wants to stay on site, we will not be expanding electric and running water sites this year. Mountainside and Campside sites will be able to use shower houses and get water as needed. The maximum occupancy for any site is 12 persons. Site rental period is from Tuesday, July 29 through Sunday August 3 (5 nights). If you'd like to arrive early or stay later than the scheduled dates the following nightly rates will apply: $15 per night on Mountainside and Campside sites, $25 per night on Standard sites, $30 per night on Premium sites with water/electric and $35 per night on Premium sites with water/electric/sewer. All reservations will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. No exceptions.
